Rick Bugnet

Rick and Ginette, a husband-and-wife team, started G&R Insulating Ltd. in April 2000. Being in the insulating industry for over 25 years enables Rick to quickly assess the customer’s needs and help provide cost-effective solutions. Rick started as an owner/operator; his strong work ethic has motivated him to expand into the scaffolding industry. Although Rick is primarily in the office submitting quotes and tending to customers, he still finds time to pick up his tools, train crews, and assist the team with meeting our customer’s needs. Rick believes that honesty and integrity go a long way.
